Comfort cable rewind with single-touch control

Inconvenient stooping is a thing of the past! The cable for all Miele cylinder vacuum cleaners can be rewound easily with a foot control, without having to stoop. Model series S6 and S8 are also equipped with a touch control function enabling the entire cable to be rewound at the touch of a button.

Comfort handle

With lever action: The floorhead can be easily manoeuvred thanks to the flexible hose connector. The flexible hose connector enables comfortable, ergonomic handling. The lever action allows the floorhead to be manoeuvred more easily and takes pressure off your wrist.

DynamicDrive swivel castors

Protects floors: Rubberised wheels and swivel castors with shock absorbers ensure a quiet driving experience. As responsive as a sports car! The unique DynamicDrive swivel castors rotate 360°, are mounted on steel axles and are equipped with shock absorbers. The rubberised castors move smoothly, are abrasion-proof and long-lasting. The advantages: An extremely agile vacuum cleaner that operates particularly quietly and protects delicate floors.

Practical locking system

Incredibly secure with just one click! The floorhead, suction tube and handle lock into each other with an audible fit. The vacuum cleaner's connection is secure but can be easily disengaged at the touch of a button, for instance for additional vacuuming accessories.

Silence System Plus

Vortex technology

Best suction results via very high air throughput. The Vortex technology produces an enormous flow velocity of more than 100 km/h. Combined with the specially designed floorhead and the aerodynamic air flow, the bagless vacuum cleaner achieves first-class cleaning performance. This ensures that coarse soiling and fine dust are separated in an outstanding manner. The coarse soiling lands in the transparent dust container, the fine dust in a separate container with a fine dust filter.

Easy handling: At the touch of a button the container conveniently empties downwards. With one simple motion, the dust container can be removed by pulling it upwards and at the touch of a button, the dust can be emptied out of the bottom straight into the waste bin. Emptying is particularly hygienic as no direct contact is made with the dust and the container empties completely.

ComfortClean

Great cleaning performance at all times: The Gore® CleanStream® fine dust filter cleans itself automatically. Automatic self-cleaning function via sensors Special sensors measure the air throughput of the GORE® CleanStream® fine dust filter and automatically activate the ComfortClean self-cleaning function as needed. To complete this, the appliance switches off for about 20 seconds. The ComfortClean function can also be activated manually. Thus, ComfortClean guarantees consistently high cleaning performance.

A complete array of integrated accessories

Cleaning performance

Powered by its own motor, the brush rotates at a steady speed and applies uniform pressure – independent of the selected suction power. The rotation ensures intense deep action and thereby especially thorough cleaning of heavily used, robust carpeting. "Heavily trodden paths" across carpets are avoided. The electrobrush can be switched off and is thus also suitable for smooth floors.

Extra powerful on carpets

Proper care: The electrobrush cleans carpets thoroughly and gently and restores the pile. Extra powerful for large areas of carpet No other floor covering is as cosy and inviting as a carpet. Miele has developed the Dynamic U1 to ensure proper care. It has the special feature of an integrated roller brush which cleans carpet fibres thoroughly whilst carefully cleaning and restoring the pile.

Automatic height adjustment

The electrobrush automatically adjusts to the carpet pile giving a thorough clean. The roller brush of the integrated "Power Plus" electrobrush is spring-loaded, allowing it to automatically adjust to the pile of the carpet. This ensures perfect cleaning results all the time. The electrobrush is equipped with a footswitch for easy transition over carpet edges.

Large HyClean dust bag

Extended vacuuming without bag replacement. The Dynamic U1 dustbag has a capacity of 6 litres – you can vacuum for a long time without needing to replace the bag. Together with the Miele motor protection filter and the Miele exhaust filter, the HyClean 3D efficiency dustbag filters out more than 99.9 % of fine dust.
