Quooker is well on its way to conquering the world. Since it was invented in 1970 by Henri Peteri, the boiling-water tap has become an indispensable tool in kitchens all over the world.
Quooker is a family firm, based on enthusiasm and entrepreneurship. The pride of Henri Peteri, father of Quooker directors Walter and Niels Peteri and inventor of the boiling-water tap, is still tangible.
The Quooker was the very first boiling-water tap in the world. Inventions like the high-vacuum insulated tank, the all-in-one taps Quooker Fusion and Flex and the series of black boiling-water taps brought about a revolution in the kitchen. Innovation 'around the sink' still continues every day.

The Quooker system consists of a small tank in the kitchen cupboard that is linked to the boiling water tap on the worktop. The tank acts like a vacuum flask connected to the water mains. The air in the insulated wall is so thin that the heat is unable to escape.

It therefore takes very little energy (just 10 watts) to keep the water in the tank at 110°C. The water only starts to boil when the tap is turned on and the temperature of the outflowing water drops to 100°C. While the water is flowing out of the tap, fresh water immediately flows into the tank.

If you only need boiling water, then the PRO3 (3 litres) or PRO7 (7 litres) is sufficient. But if you have a boiler that is more than six metres from your tap, the COMBI tank is a good choice. This produces boiling water (at a true 100°C). but also hot water (40-60°C, enabling you to save water and energy.

Quooker has two 3-in-1 taps: the Fusion and the Flex. Both models deliver cold, hot and boiling water whenever you want. Besides that, the Flex has a flexible pull out hose for hot and cold water, for extra reach in the sink.

Quooker has two options available to switch from cold water to filtered cold water. All of which saves time, space and removes the need for use of plastic bottles.

Safe
You have to be careful when dealing with boiling water. Knocked over kettles cause hundreds of casualties each year, especially for young children. Such accidents are a thing of the past with the Quooker, thanks to its childproof handle and insulated sides that ensure it never feels hot to the touch. The water is boiling, but the flow is a fine spray rather than a solid jet, giving you plenty of time to get your hands out of harm’s way. The boiling water control is entirely separate from the standard hot and cold. Safety and ease of use go hand in hand with the Quooker.

Additional Information
Quookers can be fitted into new kitchens and also retrofitted into existing ones. To install a Quooker, all that is required is space for the tank, a 13 amp power socket, access to waste pipe and a cold water supply underneath the work surface within 500mm. A minimum incoming cold water pressure of 2 bar is required.

Space requirements:

The Quooker PRO3 tank requires 400mm of height space and is 150mm in diameter. The Quooker PRO3E tank requires 450mm of height space and is 150mm in diameter. The Quooker PRO7 and Combi 2.2 tanks require 470mm of height space and are 200mm in diameter. The Quooker PRO7E and Combi 2.2E tanks require 520mm of height space and are 200mm in diameter.

Additional Tanks
There are three types of Quooker tanks available. The PRO tanks ensures that you always have access to boiling water, while the COMBI offers both boiling and hot water. Each tank features our patented high-vacuum technology.

COMBI

Kitchens in mainland Europe often have a separate kitchen boiler to provide instant hot water to their mixer taps. Here in Britain, we tend to pipe our kitchen’s hot water supply all the way from our main boiler, which can mean running the tap for some time before the heat comes through. Now the Quooker COMBI brings instant hot (50-60°C) and boiling water (100°C) all from a single tank tucked under the kitchen sink.

Quooker’s COMBI tank is a kitchen breakthrough in convenience, water usage and energy-efficiency.

PRO7
Quooker PRO tanks sit neatly under your kitchen sink, providing instant 100°C boiling water on demand. Very large families or semi-professional cooks may want the 7 litre PRO7.
