The Edge Deluxe 110cm model has the option of either a bread-proving drawer set on premium runners or a dedicated 27 litre slow cooker cavity. Perfect for slow cooking or warming plates, the thermostatically-controlled oven ranges from 80 to 120 degrees providing a fourth working cavity for truly flexible cooking. 

Flexible hob cooking
The dual fuel model boasts semi-gloss cast iron pan supports, single-handed ignition, wok cradle and a cast aluminium sit-on half smooth/half grooved griddle plate that can be placed directly on top of the pan supports when needed. The induction model has five zones and comes with our ever-popular non-stick griddle – simply bridge two zones together to make one large zone and you can cook perfectly griddled steak, vegetables and even toasted sandwiches. Plus, benefit from a range of heat settings for melting chocolate directly in the pan, rapid boil or ‘hot holding’ for curries and chilli.
